  • Perishable or consumable items (e.g., vape juice, edibles, kratom).
  • Glassware and fragile items once opened.
  • Clearance or discounted items.
  • Any product prohibited from return by law.

4. Order Cancellations

  • Orders may only be canceled before they are processed and shipped.
  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

5. Shipping Issues

  • We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed shipments once handed to the carrier.
  • If your package is lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
  • Ensure that your shipping address is correct before placing an order. Incorrect addresses may result in undelivered packages, which we are not liable for.

  • Refunds are only issued if we cannot replace a defective item.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within Seven business days.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
